Course Overview
This is an introduction to coding and computer science by way of making and design, using the revolutionary new micro:bit microcontroller board.
Learning objectives:

Get hands on with Hardware

End of term students will present their project to parents
Duration:
1.5 Hours a week x 12 Lessons (across 3 months)

Get hands on with micro:bit hardware

Learn to code micro:bit

Learn Algorithms, Event Handlers, conditional statements, input and output of micro:bit

Build a micro:bit pet

Learn different senors (tempature, light, motion)

Create Classic Games witih micro:bit

Build different creative projects with micro:bit
(e.g. digital wallet, step counter, timing gate, fruits keyboard, digital watch, digital guitar,etc) -
